INFRA Construction Group has formalised a strategic partnership with Shaanxi Construction Engineering Group Corporation — the largest state-owned investment and construction group in Shaanxi Province, China — through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding.
The partnership is designed to combine INFRA's deep expertise in Middle Eastern and African markets with Shaanxi Construction's large-scale engineering capabilities and proven global delivery record.
